The space The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is the perfect space for socialising and relaxing after a day out exploring all that St Ives and the West Country have to offer. The living area has a comfy two-seater sofa, a beautiful floral armchair and Smart TV with Netflix provided for guests’ use. The stunning electric fireplace offers additional warmth and a cosy feel. The newly installed kitchen has everything you need to cook up local produce when you fancy a night off from St Ives’ wonderful restaurants. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and induction hob, under-counter fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is also a dining table with seating for three. The master bedroom is perfectly appointed with a double bed tucked into the eaves and a velux window bathing the room in Cornish sunshine. There is also a large cupboard offering additional storage for your holiday needs just outside the bedroom door. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers a single bed, small chest of drawers and access to the private garden. The attractive shower room has a large walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The private enclosed garden is the perfect secluded space to enjoy a sunny Cornish day with large L-shaped sofa, armchair and dining table with chairs for three.
