Guest access You will have access to the entire flat. There is one other privately rented flat above. Other things to note The resident above uses the other parking space at the front. He's very nice and we ask that you are mindful/respectful of this and keep noise down. Putting recycling out is the responsibility of the guest. One guest thought we should mention that the apartment is on a main road. It is located opposite the River Avon. Please see street view if curious :) The road is quite busy but the lounge is the only room facing this and is very well sound insulated so not a problem. We only mention it as we imagine the guest was expecting a quiet back street and so they marked us down a point. Location is indeed excellent! There is zero road noise in the back garden. Please note that the apartment isn't suitable for under 8 year olds.
