Please note that while we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable pool experience, the availability of the pool may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, cleaning, or other issues beyond our control. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized. This rental is fully licensed with the City of Austin (see photo of license). Here are some distances to major attractions from the rental: UT Stadium: 3.1 miles Texas State Capitol: 2.6 miles 6th St.: 2.1 miles Convention Center: 1.8 miles South Congress Shopping: 1.5 miles Lady Bird Lake: 1.7 miles Zilker Park/Barton Springs: 3.4 miles Austin Airport: 4.4 miles Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the laundry, the pool, and the fire pit. There is also free parking for one vehicle. Other things to note We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine) 2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance 3) No events or parties. 4) No pets allowed 5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it 6) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night 7) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
