The space The property can accommodate up to 4 guests, thanks to a scenic and functional wooden loft in the living area, which features two comfortable beds in addition to the main double bedroom. There are two bathrooms: one with an indoor shower adjacent to the living space, and a second one with an outdoor shower next to the double bedroom—designed to offer comfort and privacy. The living area includes a peninsula counter and a portable two-burner induction cooktop, inspired by the simplicity of rural life. Settle into an armchair, sip a glass of local wine, and let the atmosphere work its magic. Outdoors, the experience is enhanced by a 4-person hot tub with aromatherapy, perfect for relaxing under the stars. You can lounge beneath an olive tree, enjoy a book in silence, or prepare traditional dishes in the wood-fired oven. The property offers a spacious private parking area within the villa grounds, convenient and secure for all guests. The sandy beaches of Monopoli and Capitolo are just a 15-minute drive away, and Monopoli’s historic center is only 20 minutes by car. Within 30 minutes, you can reach Alberobello, the Castellana Caves, Polignano a Mare, and Fasano. In about an hour, you can explore Ostuni, Cisternino, Fasano’s Zoo Safari, Egnazia Water Park, Lecce, and Matera in neighboring Basilicata. In addition to welcoming you, we will provide you with the keys so that you can access your room on your own. Before, during, and after your stay, you'll be in constant contact with our Customer Service team. We're not robots, but rather a team of people available from a single phone number to ensure you have the best experience. We're happy to offer additional services such as transfers to/from airports, train stations, marinas, or tour bus stops.
