Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you leaving without a refund for your stay. - Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through Airbnb portal - Additional rules will be provided at the time of booking - There is video surveillance on the exterior of this property and is monitored 24/7 *Guest Access:* - Enjoy a seamless travel experience with self check-in.
