The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) + gel topper. The 3rd person on a sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine with dryer are also provided. The apartment has numerous amenities that will make your stay an unforgettable experience. A highlight of the apartment is the private sauna for recreation and relaxation. In the bedroom, the box-spring bed with gel topper ensures a restful night's sleep and invites you to dream. If the three of you come, there is a sofa bed in the living room for the 3rd person. Freshly made beds and towels (hand towel, bath towel, and sauna towel) are always included here and do not have to be brought by you. In the living area there is a TV and Wi-Fi throughout the property, so you can be online at any time if necessary. Online access is also possible via cable at the desk. For cozy hours you have a fireplace, for which we provide you with sufficient beech wood logs for 3-4 fires on arrival. A fully equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals is also available. A private washer/dryer is available for extra comfort. The apartment has a lawn terrace and a paved terrace, which are equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a Weber gas grill for delicious grilling. From May-October there is also a comfortable beach chair on the terrace. Here you can listen to the sound of the Baltic Sea and relax. In addition, you will have your own garage at your disposal, where you can safely store your bicycles and personal belongings. Your vehicle has a free parking space in front of the garage. We have 2 wall boxes for your electric cars. Here, billing is based on consumption and is not included in the rental price. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like to use the wallbox. Billing is done separately. The Inseltraum vacation home has a PV system including a 20 kWh battery, underfloor heating with a heat pump and sophisticated energy management in order to do something sustainable for our climate. A tourist tax is still due on site, which we have to collect separately for the municipality. Guest access You have your own access to your apartment as well as a separate garden and terrace area. This area is for your full private use. Use of sauna and washer/dryer is included. Access is via an electronic code, which we will provide you before arrival. Other things to note The apartment is luxurious and equipped with a great smart home. Access to the apartment is keyless with a code. You will receive all information approx. 5 days prior to arrival by email and in an electronic guest folder. We are required to collect a tourist tax for the municipality from you. For this you will receive a separate invoice from us, so that you can transfer the tourist tax to us before arrival. Likewise, a deposit of €200 is to be paid before arrival, which we request with a direct invoice.
