The fully equipped kitchen features a floating island and peninsula, ideal for meal prep and casual dining. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area transitions from the peninsula's eating space to a circular dining table, perfect for gathering and sharing meals. The SW King Suite offers a king bed, a large dedicated closet, a TV, and a private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower stall. This suite also has floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the back covered porch, allowing you to wake up to the serene sight of the Gulf beach. The NW Bedroom features two full beds, a dedicated closet, and a TV, while the NE Queen Bedroom offers a queen bed, a dedicated closet, and a TV. A common bathroom with a double vanity and bathtub is conveniently located in the hall leading to the northern bedrooms. The large covered back patio offers an unobstructed view of the Gulfside beach, equipped with an outdoor living space ideal for enjoying sunsets or soaking in the beach views. Other things to note Holiday Isle is a low-density Gulf-front condominium building offering exceptional amenities, including a beautiful Gulf-front pool, a heated indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a steam room, and a Gulf-view fitness center. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6.
