Clearwater House is a three bedroom contemporary town house located in a contemporary development in Hayle, sitting directly on the beautiful waterfront of Hayle estuary and just a short walk from the three-mile expanse of golden sandy beach, stretching from Hayle Towans across to Godrevy Point beach in west Cornwall. The space INSIDE: Spacious open plan living, kitchen and diner on the first floor, with a balcony offering stunning uninterrupted views over Hayle estuary. Beautiful living space features a four seater corner sofa, two occasional chairs, 55 inch Smart TV, Bluetooth soundbar and wall to wall glass sliding doors which can be opened entirely, revealing the proximity to the water. The doors lead onto the balcony which looks down onto the water just below. Dining space with a wooden table, bench and four chairs seating six, with views of the water. Fully equipped kitchen with central island and two stools, induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and washer/dryer. Iron and ironing board. WiFi. Underfloor heating throughout. SLEEPING: Master bedroom with a superking size bed on the ground floor, with bedside tables, chest of drawers, 40 inch TV and stunning sea views through the glass sliding doors which lead out onto a second private balcony, the water immediately below. Second bedroom also features an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Mezzanine bedroom on the second floor with a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and en-suite shower room with walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. This beautifully designed bedroom has a mezzanine floor with a glass balcony overlooking the living area. Please note this bedroom does not have a door and is not suitable for children. Bedroom three on the ground floor features twin 3 foot wide beds, two bedside tables and hanging rail. Family bathroom featuring a bath with shower overhead, WC, basin and heated towel rail. OUTSIDE: Ground floor terrace with two chairs, a side table and amazing sea views directly beyond, accessible from the ground floor bedroom. Second balcony with two wicker chairs with a foot stool and side table and immediate sea views accessed from the living room. Private parking for one vehicle on the drive.
