The space This delightful and unique property offers the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary in a bijou barn conversion in an original farm courtyard. Nestled within a farm at the foot of the Mournes, Jim s barn @ The Rocks offers a clean, cosy and peaceful base to explore the Mourne Mountains, to try out the local golf courses, to trace your heritage or to visit with family and friends. As a self-catering barn, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a small freezer, a microwave and all the usual utensils. Jim s barn is the perfect snug place to relax, particularly after a day of mountain walking! Pop something tasty in the oven, soak in the bath and then curl up by the stove to read a book or watch a movie on your favourite streaming service. There is one bedroom in Jim s barn which is tastefully decorated with a comfy double bed. A travel cot can be provided upon request. The sofa converts into a small double bed, again, please let us know if this is required and we can provide fresh bedding. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink as well as a bath with integrated shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Jim s Barn @ The Rocks is just below Slieve Binnian, by car we are situated 15 minutes from Newcastle, 5 mins from Annalong, 5 mins from Kilkeel, 10 minutes from Cranfield and 2 minutes from Slieve Binnian. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking/Vaping is not allowed. - There is free parking on premises and parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property - You are welcome to use the patio at the front of host's own house We look forward to seeing you!
