Apartment in a villa surrounded by greenery, 5 minutes from the sea of Ognina and Asparano, about 7 minutes from the beach of Fontane Bianche and 15 minutes from the historic center of Ortigia. The house is located in a strategic point to visit all of Eastern Sicily. Large outdoor spaces with olive grove, orange grove, fruit trees typical of our areas and a chicken coop. Maximum quiet and relaxation! The space Semi-detached villa surrounded by large outdoor spaces (about three hectares) in the countryside but also very close to the sea. The villa was an ancient country ruin surrounded by three hectares of land that we then restored and divided into two parts, one part is inhabited by me and one part as a vacation home for tourists. Large common outdoor spaces where you can take walks in nature or relax and listen to the chirping of birds. Nearby we have the Asparano and Ognina seas. In Ognina you can find bars and restaurants, boat rentals and diving centers... a truly enchanting place where you can enjoy a clear sea, snorkel and immerse yourself in fascinating nature. I recommend visiting Torre Cuba. The house is about a 7-minute drive from the beautiful Fontane Bianche beach where you can find equipped beaches, bars, an ice cream shop, a small shop and restaurants. 15 minutes from the old town of Ortigia. If you want to buy food or other items, you can reach Syracuse or Cassibile (a small village) in 10 minutes. I recommend visiting the Gelsomineto beach, which is located at the Cassibile exit and is wonderful!!! And always at the exit of Cassibile you can find the highway that will allow you to quickly reach other Sicilian locations.(Noto, Marzamemi, Scicli etc...) Guest access Single entrance with ample parking (free on site with video surveillance) The vacation home includes a garden for exclusive use with barbecue, a sitting area and a dining area where it is wonderful to eat under a tree; Inside the house you will find a large open kitchen surrounded by windows with a 4-burner stove top, an oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker (espresso or American) and everything you need to cook (pots, pans, utensils and kitchenware); A living room with sofa and armchair and a TV lofted by a bedroom with double bed; Another bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe; A bathroom with fixtures (bidet and toilet) and a large shower. Sheets and towels provided + courtesy kit (shower shampoo, hand soap and toilet paper). Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Beach towels + umbrella for free use upon request.
