Located in the heart of the Conde Almeida Araújo neighborhood, where the workers of the Queluz National Palace lived. This house was once a stable and today it is a hidden gem in a picturesque place. Halfway between Lisbon and Sintra and just a few steps from the magnificent Queluz National Palace and its Gardens which are part of the "European Route of Historic Gardens". Here you can enjoy the Palace and a historic neighborhood, enjoying the tranquility that surrounds it. The space The space “Palace Guest Inn” is a completely renovated house, made available in April 2024. The house is single storey and very cozy, with natural light in every room. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with sofa bed (1.80m x 1.10m) suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. The kitchen is equiped to prepare your meals. It can accommodate up to 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 children on the sofa bed. On the patio you can enjoy a meal in a pleasantly surrounding picturesque space. For your comfort, the house is equipped with inverter air conditioning. To enjoy a peaceful and restful night, the room is equipped with windows light block outs. On the bed, you will find soft sheets and a duvet. The bathroom has a relaxing shower, hairdryer, with shower gel and shampoo made available. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, blender and all the utensils to prepare your meals. During your stay, you can enjoy a relaxing moment in the living room. We suggest that you enjoy your entertainment preferences, through the SmartTV, fiber Internet and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms. We also provide a baby cot (travel bed) on request. Other things to note TOURIST TAX The Sintra Municipality charges a tourist tax, which is paid directly to the local accommodation at Check-in for all guests aged 13 and older. The amount is EUR 2 per guest/night. For stays of more than 3 consecutive nights, only 3 nights will be charged. ACCOMMODATION FORM The house is registered at Turismo de Portugal and supervised by the local authorities. It is mandatory to fill in the Accommodation Bulletin, according to current legislation we are obliged to notify the respective authorities of all guests who check in and out with us. SELF CHECK-IN Self Check-in means that guests can access the house using a key lockbox comfortably any time after the designated check-in time on arrival date, and that we are confident they will take care of your house.
