The space As you walk through the front door, you’ll be welcomed by a cosy open-plan living area filled with natural light. Sink into the comfortable sofas, unwind with a movie on the Smart TV, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The dining area, just beyond the lounge, provides a stylish setting for meals with a six-seater dining table and a thoughtfully stocked coffee station to start your mornings right. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, featuring an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge alongside a full set of cookware, tableware, and small appliances such as a kettle and toaster. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a full home-cooked dinner, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. Upstairs, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with quality linens, soft towels, and ample storage for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed—perfect for solo travelers or kids. The third bedroom offers two single beds, which can be joined to create a super king upon request (please notify us at least 24 hours in advance). The modern bathroom is fully stocked with complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, and fresh towels, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay. Step outside to your private patio area, ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Seating is provided, and if you’re a smoker, this is the designated space to do so. Bringing Your Furry Friend? We’re delighted to welcome one dog to join you on your stay. We kindly ask that pets remain off the furniture and beds and recommend bringing a dog bed to ensure their comfort. A small £23 pet fee per stay applies. Parking: This property includes free parking for one vehicle, but a permit is required. In line with Norwich’s updated parking policy, we kindly ask for your vehicle registration details before arrival. Once provided, we will register your vehicle in the system, ensuring compliance with the Council’s regulations. If you are bringing additional vehicles, you can find free, unrestricted parking on Britannia Road and Wolfe Road, both of which are just a short walk from the property. For a smooth arrival, please send us your vehicle details as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of the rest!
