Enjoy your stay in this bright, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, complete with your own designated parking space. The open-plan living area flows onto a covered balcony, perfect for relaxing in any weather—rain or shine. Sink into the plush seating and enjoy a cozy movie night on the comfortable sofa. Please note the building complex currently has scaffolding on the outside as they are doing maintenance. We have been informed by building management it will be removed in Feb 2025. Apiologies in advance for the inconvenience. Fully Equipped Kitchen The kitchen comes with everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. The dining area is tucked away for intimate meals with family or friends, and the large dining table doubles as a great workspace. Two Bathrooms The apartment features a spacious family bathroom with a full-sized bathtub and shower, plus an ensuite in the master bedroom with its own shower and toilet. Complimentary toiletries and towels are provided. Two Comfortable Bedrooms The master bedroom includes a double bed, a chest of drawers, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe with hangers. Parking Free dedicated parking is available for your convenience. Well behaved Dogs are welcome. Please read the additional rules on the listing which provides further information. We just ask for a Pet fee which helps us do a deeper clean £50.
