Parking is accessible with nearby car parks and road parking. A lockbox will be provided for seamless access to the property, along with clear communication throughout your stay. Other things to note Please be informed that an external link will be provided to complete the pre-check-in requirements, which include the payment of either the refundable security deposit or the deposit waiver. Refundable Deposit – £150 A £150 hold will be placed on your card and automatically released after your stay if there are no damages or issues. Damage Waiver – £30 (non-refundable) Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items). Unreported or intentional damages are not covered and may result in additional charges. For reservations longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is required to help maintain the property’s good condition and ensure standards are consistently upheld throughout the stay. The cost of this mid-stay cleaning is the same as the regular cleaning fee.
