The property is a first floor maisonette flat on a row of terraced houses. It has on-street parking. The property consists of a large living room and two well-sized bedrooms. A bathroom has a stand-alone bath and a good sized walk in shower. The kitchen is a good usable size with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and small breakfast bar.
