The home features two generously sized bedrooms, and one large study/bedroom all designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and ample storage. The second bedroom offers a double bed, whilst the third bedroom/office is located on the ground floor and has a double sofa bed, Smart TV & PlayStation. The living area is seriously cosy with a Log Burner and has entertainment at the touch of a button with a Smart TV, Virgin, surround sound speakers and DVD player. Sink into the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie night with the family or gather around the table for board games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an abundance of appliances and has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals, including a Rangemaster hob, double oven and the added luxury of a wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine. There is plenty of counter space and room to seat six comfortably in the adjacent dining area. The home includes two beautiful bathrooms one on each floor, one with a luxurious bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. The heart of our home is the stunning sunroom, featuring bifold doors that flood the space with natural light and seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoors. This inviting space is perfect for relaxing with a book, enjoying your morning coffee, or spending quality time with loved ones while soaking in the garden views. Other things to note This property is proudly managed by Air Maison who will be available for any queries and issues you have when booking one of our properties. We are the largest local short let management company in the area so if you are looking for specific or longer term accommodation up to 6 months please contact us. Please note the following: **Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am. Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee. **Additional Services: Travel cots and high chairs are available for rental. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that bedding and sheets are not provided for cots. **This property does accept pets subject to a small pet cleaning fee - please advise when booking. **Important Notice: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations: Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.
