Welcome to our Coastal Town! The space This townhome features 4BR/3BA which includes a sleeping den on the 1st level with a queen sleep sofa and bathroom. The second level has the main kitchen, dining, and living room (with a streaming TV). The third floor has the remaining three bedrooms including the primary with an ensuite bathroom and a hall bathroom. Sit out on the relaxing deck or take a dip in the community pool after the beach! This property has everything you need in a vacation rental with plenty of parking in the community. Located just short a drive to the beach, golf courses like Cripple Creek, Bayside & Bear Trap and town. Other things to note Spill something on the couch or rug!? No problem! Your reservation includes a $70 damage protection fee that covers up to $3000 worth of damage. Please disclose if you are a NY/HI resident. Contact information is required. No graduation parties or beach week celebrations. Guests will be charged a cancellation fee. 6 Night minimum in summer season (may-sep)
