This three bedroom duplex offers an immersive experience of Lisbon where you'll be captivated by the stunning river views and eager to explore the enchanting surroundings. The space - Building Duplex apartment located on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator in the historic neighborhood of Bica. As in many streets in this old area of Lisbon, access to the building is made through a large staircase, so the entrance is strictly pedestrian. The nearest street with vehicle access is about 70 meters away. The apartment is situated in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this area can get quite lively, and some noise may occur during this period! - Bedrooms It features 3 bedrooms. Two on the top floor with double beds and air conditioning – please note that, due to the building's structure, some areas have low ceilings. One on the first floor with a bunk bed. Note that access to the upper floor is via a very narrow spiral staircase. - Living Room A cozy living room with sofa, TV and dining table, opening to the balcony, offering charming views of the city and the Tagus River. - Kitchen Equipped kitchen with stove, countertop oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and espresso machine (coffee not included). From the kitchen, you have access to a covered balcony with a washing machine. - Bathroom Bathroom with a shower. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. ￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. ￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. ￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately.
