NOTE: There are street lights & security cameras covering driveway + for added security ✦ AC/ Heat/ HVAC air exchange : Our home has central air+ heat - controlled by Google Nest Smart thermostat in hall (HVAC air exchange controls is located in both bathrooms, kitchen, hallway for entire house fresh air Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize entire house during their stay. **** With exception to our locked storage closet on right side of laundry room being completely off limits to guests and will remained locked at all times. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - No Smoking - No Parties - No Pets allowed - Unauthorized late check-outs past 10:15am will be charged an intial fee of $30 as we still have to pay our cleaners for their time as they wait and any additional costs that interrupt the time of clean/turn over for nexts guests. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am - Please take care of our furnishings. Please Note: You’re responsible to pay for any damages that exceed the security deposit ✦ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT ✦ This property requires a $250 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed. ✦ Location ✦ Located just off Stillwater Drive surrounding countless amenities, close to circle drive access that takes you around entire city for your convenience ✦ SECURITY DEVICES ✦ 1. There are OUTDOOR security cameras located in the front of house facing street and driveway. 2. We use a Minut noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it solely monitors the noise levels beyond -house rule - quiet hours as well as a used as a party deterrent for our neighborhood due diligence. 3. In addition we have a Google front doorbell camera. ✦ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS ✦ Will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.
