Guest access • Access provided after completing Guestflow check-in and deposit payment • You’ll receive your lockbox code around 9 a.m. on the morning of your stay • The lockbox at the property contains your key for easy self-check-in Other things to note • You’ll receive an email and SMS with your “Guestflow” portal link • Complete all steps in Guestflow at least 24 hours before arrival for seamless check-in • Guestflow is your online check-in—don’t forget to pay £1 on a valid credit card with £200 available for the damage deposit (the £1 lets us securely collect card details and will be refunded) • A £200 preauthorization/hold is placed via Stripe (not by us), and only used if there’s damage • The deposit is released about 5 days after your stay, but may take 10–15 working days to dissapappear from your account • Once completed, you’ll receive your lockbox code around 10am on arrival day • Contact us if you have any issues or haven’t received your link Many thanks, Cotswold Serviced Homes
