☀️ Enjoy a stylish, carefree stay in our modern home just a short walk from El Peñoncillo Beach. With a brand-new kitchen, new air conditioning, and carefully chosen furnishings, comfort and elegance go hand in hand. Families and friends love the sun-soaked terrace, nearby playground, and easy walk to restaurants and a beach club. Torrox Costa, with its authentic Andalusian charm and Europe’s best climate, is the perfect setting to relax and explore! The space You’ll be staying in a charming Andalusian-style two-story house with entrances on both sides. The main entrance is by the staircase leading to the large terrace with stunning sea views. Here, a smart lock gives access to the hall. To the left, you’ll find the cozy living room with a sofa, lounge chair, and fireplace. From the living room, step directly out to the sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors under the canopy. Sun loungers and an awning let you enjoy both shade and sunshine. At the far end of the living room, there’s also an indoor dining area. On this floor, you’ll also find a bathroom with toilet and shower. Continue straight into the brand-new fully equipped kitchen (2025), complete with dishwasher, modern appliances, and an extra tap for filtered drinking water. The kitchen has its own entrance leading to a small terrace with a table and two chairs, overlooking a lovely little park. Free parking is available on this side if you arrive by car. Back in the hall, under the stairs, you’ll find the laundry area with a washing machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a second bathroom with a toilet and bathtub. The largest bedroom has a balcony with a table and chairs where you can take in spectacular views of the sea, town, and mountains. It also has a dedicated workspace for those who need a quiet spot to work. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a cozy corner with a lounge chair, while the third bedroom features a double bed and a view of the park. Altogether, the indoor space is about 100 m², complemented by a large sea-view terrace, a smaller terrace overlooking the park, and the private balcony upstairs. The house is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, right across the road. Within walking distance, you’ll also find restaurants, supermarkets, a playground, a beach club, and more. Conveniently located: 40 minutes to Málaga Airport, 5 minutes to Torrox Pueblo, 70 minutes to Granada, and only 10–15 minutes to the nearest golf courses. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, with free parking in front of the house. There are two entrances available: one at the front and one at the back. To ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay, we have established the following house rules: 1. No Parties or Events: Casa Mariposa is intended for a tranquil retreat. Parties, events, and gatherings that could disturb the peace are strictly prohibited, especially in this quiet neighborhood. 2. Respect for Property: We ask all guests to treat our home with care and respect. Any damages caused during your stay will be subject to additional charges. 3. No Smoking: Our property is smoke-free to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. 4. Quiet Enjoyment: We value a calm and serene atmosphere. Loud music, disruptive behavior, or any activities that could lead to property damage are not permitted. 5. Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy of Casa Mariposa is 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit. Important Note: Casa Mariposa is best suited for families, couples, and small groups looking for a relaxing getaway.
