Enjoy evenings around the propane fire pit, or grill up a feast on the gas grill for delightful outdoor dinners (please note that you may need to refill the propane tanks if they are empty). Other things to note • DOG RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog, and you will be liable for damages. Please inquire with us for more details before booking. Keep pets off of the beds and furniture. Yard cleanup - Please pick up after your pet by disposing of any waste into the trash bin before you checkout from the property. A $50 fee will be incurred if the yard is not picked up. If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred. • The propane gas grill & fire pit on site are NOT ADVERTISED AMENITIES - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill, you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank. • The wood-burning fireplace on site is NOT AN ADVERTISED AMENITY. Should you desire to use the wood-burning fireplace, you must supply your own wood if you wish to use the fireplace. • Outdoor umbrella - Please close the umbrella when not in use to prevent damage to the property and the umbrella. • Street parking ONLY • Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
