Other things to note Before check-in, all guests are required to complete our guest verification process, provide a valid ID, and sign our rental agreement. A refundable security fee of £250 is required before access details are released. This is used to cover potential damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations beyond normal wear and tear. Pets are welcome only when declared and approved in advance. A pet fee of £60 per pet applies and will be added after your booking is confirmed via our secure guest portal. Undeclared pets may result in additional charges.
