Dogs ARE family! You have full, private access to this cozy, spacious, dog friendly, home. Fully fenced-in large yard with a small pond for your dogs. Beautiful west facing lake-views from the house and yards with incredible sunsets. Private use of gym (when no clients are being trained. Gym is a separate building) Game room with bar, arcades, TV, etc. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, huge kitchen with breakfast bar and coffee corner. Real hardwood floors. Fast Fibe internet. Local cable on Smart TVs. The space Directly across the street from Fletchers Lake, this home boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 3 HD Sony Smart TVs with local cable. Fast internet for those working at home. A, fun for all, 80s themed retro game room. This home has a beautiful lot with a large, fenced/in, yard for your dog, complete with small pond. The pond is natural, no chemicals. It is home to our famous Nova Scotia peepers (frogs). Depending on the time of year you visit, you may see frog eggs, tadpoles, and mature frogs. You will hear them “peeping” if they are not hibernating! Ducks sometimes visit the pond. You have beautiful views of Lake Fletcher (which is directly across the street) from many rooms of the home, and from the yards. You will view lovely sunsets over the lake. We have two powerful portable window A/C units which keep the house cool for you in the summer. The electric baseboard heat in each room keeps the house warm in the winter. You are 2 minutes from grocery shopping, other retail (pharmacy, Tim Hortons, & Pet store for all your dogs needs) and restaurants. Dartmouth crossing shopping, retail / restaurants is 15 minutes away. Within 20 minutes you can be in downtown Halifax at the waterfront. Beaches are within 30 minutes. The airport is a short 12 minute drive. You can be at Peggy’s Cove or the Annapolis Valley within an hour. The gym is home to our Private, Personal Training Studio. It is available to our guests after a brief orientation. Availability of the gym (between personal training sessions) will be confirmed with Tommy. Note: 24/7 video surveillance inside the gym. These are the only cameras on the property. Guest access You have private access to the entire home and property, except for two small storage rooms. The gym is privately accessible with an agreed upon schedule between owners (us) and guests, as it is a Private, One on One, Personal Training business. (Gym is NOT a public gym) Gym is mostly available in mornings and sporadically throughout the day. The gym is a separate building from airbnb. The house and property is yours to relax and enjoy. Private, personal training sessions are available. Contact host for details! Other things to note We have two powerful portable air conditioners which provide ample cooling for the house. The house is on a large private lot. The house is on the Main Street of the area, close to amenities. We provide complimentary ear plugs in case you prefer to slumber in complete silence as we do! Note that the property is across the street from the lake with beautiful lake views. There is 24/7 surveillance in the gym, as we do run a personal training business.
