For larger groups, the sofa in the lounge area effortlessly transforms into a double bed, accommodating bookings of more than 4 guests. Please note that a nominal £20 fee applies for the use of the sofa bed for bookings with 4 guests or fewer Convenient parking is available at the nearby open-space council car park on Dale Street, just a pleasant 10-minute stroll from the property. You MAYBE can upgrade to an early check in from 1 pm for £40. The standard check out time is 11 am. You MAYBE can upgrade to an late check out at 1 pm for £40. If your booking consists of 4 guests and less and you would like to use the sofa bed, there will be a £25 set up and laundry fee. Please arrange with us and pay the relevant fee at least 24 hours in advance to secure the early check in/ late check out time and it is subject to availability. The room will only be ready to check in at the allocated time. We apologize that we don't have any luggage storage facilities at the property. There is a left luggage service at the train station that you can use.
