The space The apartment consists of 23m2 living room and open concept dining area, 3,5m2 bathroom with a washing machine and rain shower and 22m2 loft area. There is a dining table for four people in the kitchen. In the living room you can find a bed sofa with 140cm sleeping space as well as a 55" Smart LED-TV. In the loft area of the apartment you'll find a bed sofa with 140cm sleeping space and a queen-size bed (160cm wide). Guest access Our guests have the whole apartment from themselves. Other things to note The apartment is well equipped to suit your needs. You only need to have your personal belongings and hygiene products with you when staying with us. The apartment is located in a residential building. Parties and smoking in the apartment are forbidden. The house silence is from 10PM (22:00) until 8AM (8:00). No pets are allowed. We require our quests to fill an online check-in form and sign an online rental agreement before arrival.
