The space If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable little house, in a quiet area and just minutes from the beaches, Casetta da Francesca is the one for you. Recently renovated, it is in one of the historic neighborhoods of Cuglieri, a small village on the west-central coast of Sardinia, in the province of Oristano. Not far from the Seminar square and a 2-minute walk from the Basilica of Santa Maria della Neve, it is spread over two levels: on the ground floor the opens space dining room-kitchen, a bedroom with a square and a half iron bed (120x190 cm) and, next to the kitchen, opens a hallway that leads to the bathroom with corner shower tray and where the washing machine is housed with charge from above. Upstairs the second bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm). The house has a pellet stove. Heating PELLETS are THE responsibility OF the tenant. The nearest beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car and are: Santa Caterina di Pittinnuri with its beautiful and evocative bay and cove of Su Riu, a beautiful natural pool with emerald waters, S'Archittu and its beautiful arch of natural rock carved by the strength of the sea and wind over the millennia and declared a natural monument, the cove of Torre del Pozzo and the beach of Is Arenas with its almost 7 kilometers of sand.
