Welcome to Casa S. Cláudio, a charming 2-bedroom country house that combines modern with rustic. Inside, enjoy contemporary comfort in a traditional setting. Downstairs, a cozy wine cellar invites you to dine together. The outdoor patio offers a retreat with a seating area, fruit trees, vegetable garden and an old tank for refreshing dips. Next to it, sheep graze on a plot of land and a typical granary completes the authentic atmosphere. The space The accommodation has two bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, air conditioning in all spaces, a full bathroom with shower and a half bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, small dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. There is an old wood-fired oven in the kitchen, but it is only decorative and is not in operation. There is also a sofa bed that, when opened, is 140 cm wide. On the lower floor of the house, there is a space with a washing machine and you can enjoy a cellar prepared with a table for gatherings, an outdoor space to relax, a yard with fruit trees and an old laundry tank transformed into a pool. The tank is 4 by 8 meters and 1.20 meters deep. On the property, there are sheep separated by a fence, and we ask that they not be disturbed during the stay. In our accommodation, we value sustainability. Therefore, we provide ecopoints for waste separation and a composting container for your organic waste. The resulting compost is then used in agriculture. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of the land beyond the fence where the animals are located. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. However, it is recommended to use a car to access services, restaurants, etc. You must climb stairs to access the accommodation. The pool has no protection, so it is essential that all children are supervised by an adult while in the outdoor area. Parties and events are not allowed on the property. No unregistered persons are allowed on the property. Important Information – Municipal Tourist Tax In accordance with the regulations in force, all guests are subject to the payment of the Municipal Tourist Tax, which will be charged prior to arrival. The fee is: €1 per night, per guest, from October 31 to May 1 (low season) €1.5 per night, per guest, from May 1 to October 31 (high season) This is a legal obligation applicable to all stays in the municipality.
