Welcome to Casa S. Cláudio, a charming 2-bedroom rural house that blends modern with rustic. Inside, enjoy contemporary comfort in a traditional setting. In the lower part, a cozy cellar invites meals in conviviality. The outdoor courtyard offers a refuge with seating area, fruit trees, vegetable garden and an old tank for refreshing dives. Next to it, they graze sheep on a plot of land and a typical spike tree completes the authentic atmosphere. The space The accommodation has two bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, air conditioning in all spaces, a full bathroom with shower and a service bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge, small dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. There is an old wood-fired oven in the kitchen, but it is only decorative and is not in operation. There is also a sofa bed which, when opened, is 140cm wide. On the lower floor of the house, there is a space with a washing machine and you can enjoy a cellar prepared with a table for convivials, an outdoor space to relax, a yard with fruit trees and an old laundry tank turned into a swimming pool. The tank is 4 by 8 meters and 1.20 mt deep. In the property, there are sheep separated by a fence, asking not to be disturbed during the stay. In our accommodation, we value sustainability. Therefore, we offer ecopoints for the separation of waste and a compost container for its organic waste. The resulting compound is then used in agriculture. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of the land beyond the fence where the animals are located. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a very quiet and quiet area. However, it is recommended to use a car to access services, restaurants, etc. It is necessary to climb stairs to access the accommodation. The swimming pool has no protection, so it is essential that all children are supervised by an adult while in the outdoor area. Parties and events on the property are not allowed.
