The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed (one pull-out), table with chairs, split A/C, patio; - small KITCHENETTE with gas hob, mini bar, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet, washing machine; - PATIO with sea view FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating provided only via split A/C (living room), iron and ironing board, hairdryer, a fan. Waste Management (Mandatory) During their stay, guests must dispose of daily waste, separating it correctly and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated in the schedule. In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house. Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of EUR 150.00 being applied to the guest. Guest access The apartment is at the exclusive guests' disposal for their entire stay!
