No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. 2. Smoking Outside Guests who wish to smoke must do so outside and dispose of all cigarette butts in the ashtray or cigarette disposal pot provided. Please do not discard cigarette ends on the ground. 3. No Parties or Events Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. 4. Registered Guests Only The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number stated on your reservation. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been given. 5. Noise Monitoring For insurance and property protection purposes, a noise monitoring device is installed at the property. The device monitors noise levels, detects indoor smoking and vaping, and alerts us if it is removed or tampered with. It does not record conversations or invade your privacy. 6. Respect Quiet Hours Noise levels must not exceed 80 dB. Please be considerate of our neighbours at all times. Tampering with or removing the monitoring equipment is strictly prohibited. 7. Self-Catering As this is a self-catering property, we ask that all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils used during your stay are washed, dried, and put away before departure. 8. Damages Please report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged or missing items. 9. Compliance with House Rules By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning or damage charges, claims for losses, cancellation of your stay, or forfeiture of your security deposit where applicable.
