Tamarama House is conveniently a short stroll into the village of Port Isaac and its pictoresque fishing port. as well as the bay of Port Gaverne which is a magical swimming spot. Conveniently too, there is a Coop Local 2 min walk away if you need to stock up on any items. If you prefer to eat out, you are in the right place, as Port Isaac is renowned to be a foodie's paradise with a number of excellent eateries (Fresh from the Sea, The Angry Anchovy) and great traditional pubs (The Golden Lion, The Slipway Inn, Port Gaverne Hotel) as well as a couple Michelin-starred restaurants including Outlaw's Restaurant and The Pilchard. Set amidst rugged and magnificent coastal scenery, Port Isaac is a truly picturesque traditional fishing village in North Cornwall. It is well known for its narrow winding streets lined with whitewashed cottages overlooking a small harbour. The area is also known for its breathtaking coastal walks including the walk from Port Gaverne to Port Quinn.
