Automated accommodation brings you the Old Stables. This contemporary, converted stable is perfectly laid out with all the modern amenities that you would require. High Callerton is a charming stone built hamlet originally dating back to the mid- 18th Century. Callerton Hall remains as a private residence and The Old Stables adjoins Coach House which combined once, many years ago provided carriage storage and stabling for the Hall. The space Steeped in history the Old Stables retains many charming original features. The original polished wood and iron stalls separate the current ground floor living zones into bespoke kitchen, dining and living areas. In the dining area the original iron manger remains transformed into the perfect space to place a cooling champagne bucket close to the dining table. The living space features a traditional log burner for cosy winter evenings, a comfy 2 seater sofa, coffee table with books and board games and a wall mounted smart t.v. The kitchen is fully equipped with fresh quartz topped bespoke hand painted wooden cupboards, fridge freezer, integrated dish washer and electric oven and induction hob. There is a built in concealed laundry station with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. To the first floor the comfortable King Size bed is located in the mezzanine hay loft space which has original exposed stone work and sloping beamed ceilings. There is a smart t.v. in the bedroom area. Perhaps the highlight of the upper space is the impressively spacious and stylish open beamed bathroom which has black and white Victorian style chequerboard floor tiles, a large free standing bathtub, dressing table, drawers and small wardrobe space. Opening from the bathroom into a partially separate area is a shower unit (sitting or standing) a vanity unit with sink and a w.c. All electric heaters are individually thermostatically controlled and we would ask you to leave at the pre- set temperature wherever possible. Guest access Automated accommodation brings you the Old Stables. The whole property is available for rent; with a self checkin via keysafe/lockbox to check themselves in. Other things to note General Information External: Key Box to Front Left hand side of door Pedestrian entrance ONLY through Metal Gates / Gateposts signed Callerton Hall, Coach House and Oriel House. Please do not drive your car through the gates into the courtyard as this is private property. Parking – Please drive past stone gate posts / metal gates (signed as above) and pull into the next entrance to park off road. All of the space there up to the wooden fence is for the use of Old Stables guests. This includes the patio are to the left with seating and table and all of the gravelled area up to the fence. There is an external waste bin against the stone wall, please regularly empty the waste from the kitchen bin into a bin bag (supply in kitchen cupboard) and place in the external bin provided. Please note that beyond the fence the area is strictly private property for Coach House.
