The space A higher-end, home-like feel is always the motive to each room in the house. A walk-in closet and a private bathroom ensuite in the master bedroom, and each of the other rooms have a built-in closet with it. Each room also has a large window view of the beautiful backyards and front yards that keeps the rooms well lit throughout the day. Note: Extra mattresses will be provided if needed. Guest access The main and second floor, along with its amenities are yours for the duration of your stay! The hot-tub is non-functional at the moment. Other things to note Street parking is not allowed during the winter months from Dec 01 to March 31. This driveway can accommodate 2-3 cars. Please ask us for more parking information. By booking, you agree to all house rules listed in our listing. We are very lenient as long as we communicate!!! For your reference, the rules are as follows: Check-In- Time: 3 PM Check-Out-Time: 11 AM • The basement is not included. Owner living there • No Smoking inside the home. • Pets may be allowed with your stay with an extra fee for cleaning as a result. • No Parties: Excessive noise or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction without a refund. • For 20+ Nights, a $300 deposit is required. We provide basic amenities, and guests are responsible for additional supplies, especially for long stays. For stays longer than 10 days, we may conduct a routine inspection, which may take 1 hour. We will provide 24-hour notice, except in emergencies, which may require shorter notice regardless of stay length.
