Damage Deposit: We kindly request a damage deposit of £200 per stay. This deposit is fully refundable, provided no damages or missing items (such as bedding or towels) are reported. PLEASE NOTE there is CCTV, outside at the front and a Minut device inside which monitors noise and smoke. Other items provided include an Iron & Ironing board, a hairdryer & complimentary toiletries. Bathroom with shower and cleaning/ washing facilities (vacuum cleaner, mop, clothes airer). For the summer months there is an outdoor sitting area with decking. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children of any age are welcome. However No cots are available. Please supply your own travel cots, & bedding for hygiene reasons. There is space for 2/3 travel cots. Beds can be moved around upon requests, ie, from a superking to 2 singles and vice versa. Please request this at the time of booking. The MAXIMUM guests is 6. Children under 6 stay for free. The window to the rear double bedroom has a safety catch to limit the opening for safety reasons. There is absolutely NO Access to the loft.
