The entire property is completely fenced, and divided into different areas: An area dedicated exclusively to Casa Jo, one dedicated entirely to Casa Lory, and two common areas. In the common areas, there is a beautiful swimming pool with crystal clear water with an outdoor shower, and a spacious solarium area equipped with sun loungers and towels. There is also a large and well-kept jogging track, surrounded by olive groves, ideal for outdoor fitness enthusiasts.
