Nestled among the olive trees of the Lucca hills, a ground-floor apartment in a typical stone farmhouse welcomes you for a relaxing stay in nature. Renovated in 2024, with all the comforts including an outdoor hot tub, ping pong, parking, and a barbecue for a relaxing stay in contact with nature. Just 9 km from the walls of Lucca and close to Pisa(20 km), Viareggio (20 km), Garfagnana (45 km) and Florence (90 km), it is the perfect base for exploring Tuscany. The space Welcome to Casa Formentale, a 70-square-meter apartment on the ground floor of a Tuscan stone farmhouse, with an exclusive view of the valley, private patio and garden, hot tub in the olive grove, and parking. A oasis of serenity in the hills, surrounded by olive trees, just 9 km from the historic Walls of Lucca. The farmhouse consists of 3 apartments, one per floor, and Casa Formentale is the 70 sqm apartment located on the ground floor, the only one overlooking the valley. At the entrance we find a cozy open space with living room, dining area and kitchenette. The kitchen is well-equipped with 4 burners, a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and juicer. The rooms are located on both sides: - On the right, a large double bedroom (1) with an ensuite bathroom, - On the left, a corridor with a bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and the second bedroom (2) that can be used as a living room or as a bedroom (up to 4 people with accommodation in single or double beds). From the window door you can access the private garden. In front of the entrance there is a spacious patio (3x9m), which consists of a dining area with barbecue and a relaxation area with sofas. During the summer season, from April to October, there is also an area with ping pong, hammocks and jacuzzi among the olive trees, open day and night, shared only with my personal apartment.
