The space LADDY RENTAL suite is all yours, there is no shared entrance internally -- the only access is from your front door. It's ideal for individuals or couples, working away, waiting for their new Langley home, or visiting family, or friends. It's also convenient for those in town for a big tournament at Langley Events Center, MacLeod Park, or Thunderbird Show Park. While here, you can easily visit historic Fort Langley, watch a movie or two at Twilight Drive-In, or hop on the highway to White Rock or Downtown Vancouver. LADDY RENTAL is within walking distance to all amenities and transit. An in-suite washer and dryer, as well as a full kitchen, large TV, and free wifi, are sure to make your stay at LADDY RENTAL comfortable & enjoyable one! Guest access There is ample parking on the street and in the area. For longer stays or access needs please speak directly to us and we can try to accommodate your requests* A private, keyless entrance is on the South side of the home, down the stairs. The door code will be provided within hours of your stay. (*extra charge may be applicable for parking privileges) Other things to note The upper part of the home is occupied by our family. We expect that our guests will respect the property, neighbouring properties & keep care and consideration of the space. Please report and make arrangements for repairs of any damaged items, also keeping noise to a respectful level. Absolutely no parties and no access onto/ into nor hanging out in our private areas (ie: back patio and front driveway) of the home — if you smoke/vape please ONLY do so in the walkway/pathway off the cul-de-sac, absolutely no smoking anywhere else or you will incur an additional cost.
