Family Home with Historic Charm

Our beautiful home dates to the early 1900's, and has retained much of its historical character, from wall moldings, ceiling rosettes, and original hardwood flooring. It is spacious and comfortable, and you will enjoy the well-appointed decor. Uptown Saint John is within easy walking distance as are the Public Gardens and Rockwood Park. Charming Saint Andrews and the Sea Caves and Fundy Trail at Saint Martins are only an hour drive away for regional getaways! The space Our home hosts a formal sitting room for guests and an informal family room where the television is located. We have three bedrooms; the master contains a King Bed with a custom latex mattress, with a side for a larger and smaller sleeper. The two kids bedrooms both features two beds; one is a bunk bed and the other has a pull out beneath that reveals a second mattress. The master bathroom features a tall soaking tub and a stand up shower and there is a second half bathroom at the rear of the house. The dining room can seat up to nine at the table if necessary! The Kitchen features all necessary pots, pans, and dishes as well as a coffee grinder, double oven, and filtered water from the fridge. Laundry is available with both washer and dryer. We have a single parking spot in a laneway beside the house and parking available on the street front if necessary. Our home is on the second floor so you will need to climb a set of stairs to access it; we rent out the suite below to a respectful, quiet tenant. Our home also features a fenced in back yard space and a trampoline if children need a place outside to play! Guest access The entire home is available for guest use as well as all of our outdoor facilities.
