Kitchen provides a dishwasher, microwave & regular coffee pot. • Dining Area: Perfect for sharing meals and highlights from the day. Dining table seats 6 people. • Master Bedroom: Located on the lower level with a king bed and smart TV. • Second Bedroom: Upstairs with a queen bed and a bunk bed (full-size mattresses). There is also a TV in this bedroom. Guest access Access the home via a smart lock. Code will be provided prior to your arrival. Most of the roads in this neighborhood are not paved. Other things to note • Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload your driver's license or passport and sign and agree to our rental conditions. • Streaming: Available using your own accounts. • No Air-conditioning: This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning. Most homes in the mountains do not have A/C. • Pets: All animals must be approved by management. A nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per dog (maximum of 2) applies. • Parking: Free parking available for 3 vehicles. • Damage Waiver: The total reservation cost includes a damage waiver fee, covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, provided the incident is reported to the host before checking out. ***For Stays 6 months or longer, utilities are not included.
