This old tuffeau and slate farmhouse, completely renovated, has a total area of 168 m2 and a large garden. Located in a very quiet and bucolic hamlet, the house is 10 minutes from downtown Saumur by car. The house also opens through large bay windows onto the courtyard of the old farm of which it is part. This enclosed and landscaped courtyard is shared with the other house La Longère du Val. Access is free, subject to respecting everyone's privacy. Be careful, however, for young children, there is an unfenced pond. Both houses can be rented together for large families.
