Overstream Annex, Porlock

Overstream Annexe is a recently refurbished, self-contained holiday home attached to the owner's property in Porlock, available year-round and offering its own private entrance and outside area. Sleeping 2 guests in one double bedroom, it's ideal for a couple's retreat. The space Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and living area features a three-seater sofa and armchair arranged around a wood-burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings, along with a free-view TV and complimentary wireless internet (running at around 73mbps). The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and under-counter fridge with freezer compartment, plus a small dining table and two chairs. Upstairs, the double bedroom (4'6" bed) sits alongside the bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. Electricity and heating are included, with central heating programmed to suit your preferences and a basket of logs provided for the wood-burner. Bed linen and towels are supplied, along with a starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits, plus cleaning essentials and toilet rolls. Outside, a private patio is accessed via French doors from the living room, furnished with outside chairs for relaxing in this peaceful sun trap. Off-road parking for one car is available on the adjacent drive, which has a gate for added privacy. This property is suitable for two adults only and is not appropriate for children. Unfortunately dogs are not permitted and it is a no-smoking property. The annexe is not suitable for those with restricted mobility and does not offer wheelchair access. Guests can arrive from 4pm and should depart by 10am, with the property centrally located for an easy, level walk to all village amenities.
