The deluxe 4-story main house offers a sprawling layout featuring 9 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 2 well-appointed kitchens, and a relaxing tiki bar by the lake. Discover a serene retreat in the private hot tub on the 3rd-floor deck and a luxuriating swim spa that's shared with the Sunrise Cottage, offering 2 king beds, 25 full beds, and 5 twin beds. Just a few steps away, the Sunrise Cottage allure with its cozy 1 bedroom Studio design, featuring a full modern bathroom, a comfortable king-sized bed, a full bed, a futon, and a pullout couch for a flexible sleeping arrangement. Nearby, our Sunnydays Cottage greets you with its sunlit 3-bedroom space, complete with 2 full bathrooms and two fully equipped kitchens. It shares a refreshing swim spa with the Sunshine Cottage, fitted comfortably with 1 king bed, 6 full beds, and 5 twin beds. Last but not least, our Sunshine Lakefront Retreat Cottage provides a relaxing 5-bedroom space with 2 full bathrooms and 2 fully-equipped kitchens. This cottage is accentuated with a private hot tub nestled on its north side and shares a swim spa with the neighboring Sunnydays cottage. This delightful cottage offers sound sleep with 4 king beds, 6 full beds, 1 twin bed, and 2 futons. All four properties have premium access to our inviting lakefront swimming pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Embodied with comfort and leisure in mind, these properties offer a splendid retreat for families and large groups looking to reconnect with nature and each other. Guest access Enjoy exclusive access to the majority of this charming home, with the sole exceptions being the garage, pantry, and the master bedroom's private closet. Revel in the luxury of the private pool spa, conveniently shared amongst only two houses, providing a more intimate, serene experience. Take advantage of ample parking space available either in our designated lot across the street or our private driveway. Please note the parking areas are exclusively provided for our guests and are not for street parking. All our valued guests can enjoy total privacy even when both places are rented out, ensuring a relaxing, uninterrupted stay. Other things to note Description: We are thrilled to offer you an opportunity to join our exclusive waiting list. Benefit from our specially designed algorithms that predict optimal scheduling scenarios, ensuring you secure the best booking slots. From May 1st to September 30th, we request a minimum of 3 to 6-night stays for weekend bookings made more than 3 months in advance, and a 2 to 3-night stay for those booked less than 2 months ahead. We accommodate 1-night stays on a case-by-case basis - typically during weekdays in peak season and almost always during off-peak times. Your respect for our property is greatly appreciated. Please maintain the same level of cleanliness you enjoyed upon arrival. Remember to place used linens at the foot of each bed, discard trash in the dumpsters, and remember to tidy up the dishes before departure. To avoid extra cleaning fees, please refrain from bringing sand into the hot tub, smoking on decks or inside the house, and discarding cigarette butts off the decks into the grass. Enjoy the free firewood available across the street and kindly supervise children near the water at all times. Our cleaning staff, although not directly employed by us, greatly appreciates your gratuity for their dedicated service. We're happy to offer a unique program where you can turn in up to 10% of your rental receipts or one night's round trip transfer receipt for a refund on your rental or as an upgrade to our luxurious limo service; only $12.50 per person each way or approximately $30 per person for a 4-5 hour local rental (minimum number of paid seats required). This offer stands if you've paid for nights at our locations and either didn't have an Uber/Lyft code or it wouldn't work due to certain restrictions.
