✨WELCOME TO “Orange Place” at TRIB!! 10 minutes from San Salvador, you will be located in the Santa Tecla area. What does the space have? 🛌 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, a spacious dining room, kitchen and a living room! ⚠️Details to note: • The apartment does NOT have a washing machine or dryer. • Common areas such as the swimming pool, gym and rooftop are shared with other residents. • External visits: 2 visits are allowed per day The space Orange place has three fully equipped rooms each with air conditioning. Inside the apartment you will find a dining room for six people, a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook, a comfortable living room with access to Smart TV, and a balcony that has a beautiful view. The rooms are distributed as follows: -Main room: has a double bed and a single bed, equipped with a closet, sheets, private bathroom, Smart TV, opaque curtains. -Junior Room: has a double bed, equipped with a closet, sheets, air conditioning, opaque curtains. Shared bathroom with Junior Room 2. - Junior Room 2: has a double bed, equipped with a closet, opaque curtains, sheets, and air conditioning. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and the common areas are shared with other residents of the complex. NOTE: The identification information and full name of the person who made the reservation and their companions will be requested. This information is collected solely for the condominium's records. The common areas to share with other residents are: -Pool - Gym - Coworking area -Terrace - A children's garden Other things to note •POOL: You'll find it in the green area near the terrace of the complex. Hours of use are from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. No drinks or food in the pool. •VISITS: 2 visits per day are allowed. •ORDERS AND OTHER SERVICES: You will need to share the entry directions and your contact number with the company to have them communicate directly with you and show up at the lobby to receive it. •IMPORTANT No smoking in the apartment and common areas of the building. Otherwise a fee of $75 will be charged. • NO PET ENTRY Failure to comply will be a $25 surcharge. •CELEBRATIONS: Parties and/or celebrations are prohibited in the apartment. •No loud music after 10pm. • Condominium quiet hours are 10pm-7am. •Please respect the rules of coexistence of TRIB to avoid inconveniences, since their use is strictly housing, otherwise your eviction will be requested immediately. •TRASH: (OPTIONAL) We appreciate your support in disposing the garbage in the waste collector located at the emergency exit doors. •As part of taking care of the planet we ask that you do not forget to turn off lights and air conditioners while you do not use them and when you leave the apartment. •Please close doors and windows to avoid flooding inside the apartment due to sudden rainfall. •Do not use carpet towels or stains with makeup, hair dye, blood or other liquid that manche, an additional $15 will be charged for stained towel, (small or large). •Do not spray sheets or bedding with chemicals, or stain them with makeup, sunblock, enamel, blood or food. To find them stains, an additional $25 will be charged. Likewise if the bedding is burned or broken. EXTRA CHARGES: •In case the apartment is received messy, with the furniture changed from place, smell of smoke or dirty will be charged extra cleaning fee of $50.00 •In case the apartment or the equipment/furniture inside with sand or mud is dirty, an extra charge will be charged. •Damage of washing or deep cleaning equipment: Washing machine $25/ Dryer $25 dollars. •In case objects disappear from the apartment, the respective charge will be charged according to the value of the apartment.
