Located 1.15/hrs NW of the GTA, Heaven on 5th is surrounded by the rolling hills of Mulmur, ON but you will feel like you are on a vacation in the South of France. This "slice of heaven" features a spring fed river and pond, serene sounds, hiking trails, salt water pool with an outdoor shower, hot tub, outdoor dining overlooking the pond, exercise room with climbing gym, and games room! DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $2500 IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING- paid through Airbnb Reservation Centre The space Enjoy your very own private piece of heaven with this charming 9 Bedroom, 5 bathroom farm home (2 king, 5 queens, 1 double, and 2 single beds) located on 9 acres of lush greenery, with beautiful flower beds, serene pond and river, where there is something for everything to enjoy! This property is perfect for large families or groups of friends looking for fun and relaxation. Enjoy an afternoon by the in-ground pool, playing games and enjoying a BBQ by the pool cabana or maybe you would like to enjoy a relaxing hot tub after a hike, bike or yoga session. Looking for fun in the evening? After your outdoor dining experience under the gazebo, retire in our games room, where you can play ping pong, darts or challenge your friends or family to a friendly game of billiards. There is something for everyone at Heaven on 5th! Guest access At Heaven on 5th, you have access to the entire 9 acre property that features a 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with open-concept living/dining, with an additional private "formal" dining room, den/TV room, kitchen with 2 full fridges and coffee bar, laundry room, and games room. The property also includes an additional cabana building by the pool that has a sitting area, bar area with 2 more fridges, and a full gym with a peloton bike. By the pond, you will find 3 platforms that hold our bell tents for additional guest sleeping or a fun outdoor camping experience, 2 tents feature queen blow-up mattresses, and 1 tent has a double blow-up mattress, all complete with pillows, bedding, blankets, and a lantern light per tent. Tents are seasonal from June- September. As the owners do not live on premises, there is restricted access to the main garage, workshop, and the master bedroom walk-in closet for their own personal use and storage. Entrance codes will be provided to all guests for access to home and cabana building. Other things to note We pride ourselves on delivering the best experience for our guests and we have a team that cares for our property on a weekly basis. This means that everything should work perfectly for your stay. That said, anything can happen. If something is not working the way you believe it should be, please call or text Sam our Property/House Manager as soon as the problem is found. Please do not attempt to fix something on your own, as soon as you do, you will now be responsible for any damage that may occur and this may result in you incurring a charge through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. Being upfront about any damage or something not working allows us to promptly take care of the problem through our team of professionals. Specifically, our pool, hot tub, and billiards table can be extremely costly to fix and we strongly recommend that you contact us right away to fix the issue and/or damage. Thank you. 1) The heated pool is open from mid-may to the end of September and the hot tub is open all-year round. We have a maintenance team that cleans and cares for our pool and hot tub- we do our best to have these appointments happen between guest stays, however, sometimes they may need to treat the pool/hot tub during a guest stay as maintenance happens 1 x per week, every week through the year. We will always let you know in advance of their timing. Thank you for your understanding. 2) No glass in the pool area- plastic glasses are provided in the cabana. If glass breaks near or in the pool, we will have to empty, clean, and re-fill the pool at the guests expense through Airbnb Resolution Centre . No food in the pool. Food is allowed in the seated areas around the pool. 3) The safety of our guests is very important to us. Therefore we ask that all booking guests sign a risks and liability waiver, sent by Docusign, to ensure that you understand the potential risks associated with staying at our rural farm property. 4) Only registered guests are allowed, visitors are permitted with prior approval from the hosts up to a maximum of 24 guests in total. 5) Please park in the designated parking areas- lawn parking in not permitted. As we have septic beds on the property that cannot have any heavy weight on them. 6) Fake Tan = BYO Sheets and towels- pls be respectful of this. 7) Please do not visit the barn or feed the cows. The cows are not ours and the farmers are very protective of their cattle. Feel free to speak gently to them, take a picture, but that is it. 8) There are no fireworks permitted AT ALL AT ANY TIME- INCLUDING HOLIDAYS. If you do not adhere to this rule, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund. 9) For safety and protection, we have 4 video cameras set-up outside our home, located by the pool, in-between the house and the cabana/gym building, by the hot tub, and our lower garage building. 10) We no longer allow events to be held at our property. *Failure to disclose true number of guests and/or intention to host party with prior notice, will result in immediate eviction without reimbursement of your stay*
