Escape to this enchanting 4-bedroom cottage on a historic farm dating back to the Domesday Book. Marvel at the stonework from a Roman road. Upstairs, find a double, king-size, twin, & single bedroom plus bathroom with a shower. Downstairs there's a 2nd bathroom with bath/shower. Unwind in the living room with a wood burner or enjoy the well-equipped kitchen. Outside, an enclosed garden & patio overlooks a lake and serene countryside. Located in Pilton, near Glastonbury, it's the perfect retreat. The space For families, there is a travel cot, a high chair and a stair gate. You'll also find a fenced garden, perfect for letting kids and dogs roam free! You'll also find a patio with seating and lovely countryside views. There is a BBQ available but it must be requested as it is not kept on site. Guest access Guests will have full access to the cottage and garden and enjoy the surrounding land in the vicinity of the cottage and the public footpaths close by. Other things to note The bed in the single bedroom is on a raised level, so is likely only suitable for children. Adults are more than welcome to use it, but please be aware there is a low, sloping ceiling. The cottage is therefore best suited to a maximum of 6 adults plus 1 child. The gardener cuts the grass once a week in summer, usually on a Tuesday. We welcome a maximum of 2 dogs on the condition they are kept off sofas and beds, not left in the property unattended and any dog mess is cleaned up.
