This log house is the perfect place to gather up to 19 people! With a BRAND-NEW hot tub (January 2025), 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 full bathrooms and a fully functional kitchen and BBQ, this cottage feels like home. There are 2 balconies , a dock, and a campfire. Cozy up in front of the beautiful stone fireplace to read, play boardgames, and use the Wi-Fi. The basement has a bar, a bathroom, and tables / chairs for up to 40 people. Perfect for family reunions and get togethers! The space The chalet is on a wooded lot, with access to the lake across the street. There is lots of parking to accommodate large groups. The 5 bedrooms have double-bunk beds, that can sleep up to 19 people if all the places are occupied. Additionally, there are 2 single mattresses that can be used on the floor to fit up to 21 people. The 3 bathrooms all have showers, and there is a beautiful soaker tub in the main bathroom. The main floor has a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to a large balcony and BBQ. Guests have access to 10 folding tables and up to 40 folding chairs for big groups, and a Bluetooth speaker to dance the night away in the basement! This is the ideal place to gather with friends, to plan a family reunion, to hold a small business retreat, or even to have a micro-wedding! The property is home to a second cottage as of September 2025. This second cottage, The Cabin, is a "tiny home"- style log home that can sleep up to 6 people. It can be added on to a rental of the Chalet St-Aubin cottage for larger groups that want more sleeping space, an extra bathroom, an extra hot tub, and 2 additional fridges. The Cabin and the Cottage face opposite directions and are far enough to be rented to 2 distinct groups, but close enough to create a "resort" vibe to a large group wanting to use both. The dock is reserved for guests of Chalet St-Aubin, and is not shared with guests of The Cabin unless it is the same group.
