Buena Vista Cottage

Buena Vista is located next to The Pub in Matunuck. It is closely located to local businesses and provides direct beach access and ocean views. Beach access of the house is shared with our other cottages and the mid deck of The Pub. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ASK OUR GUESTS TO BRING THEIR OWN LINENS The house does not have a driveway therefore parking spaces can be purchased for a lot nearby. AC window units are located in the upstairs bedrooms only. The space The cottage has a spacious living area that is perfect for gatherings. It includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room overlooking the ocean. All bedrooms are located upstairs, three with a queen bed and one with a twin bed. In addition there is a pull out sofa in the living room. The main bathroom is upstairs and a half bathroom on the main level. The large deck on the side of the house offers additional space to gather and enjoy the sunshine and salty breezes off the water. Other things to note Please note that we ask our guests to provide their own linens - this includes sheets, quilts and towels. If you require linens we are happy to provide them at an additional fee.
