Apartment El Canario Azul is located in the quiet complex La Calma and is fully furnished. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, microwave, table grill, fridge-freezer combination. The kitchen is perfectly suitable for making a good meal for 4 people. Of course, there is also a coffee machine, kettle, a washing machine/dryer and a good air conditioner. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the beaches of Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, and La Zenia. Orihuela Costa, like Torrevieja, is a very popular holiday resort with a lively nightlife all year round. Nearby are also various golf courses such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin. Within Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja there are several beaches and local shopping centers. Right across the street from the vacation apartment is a supermarket. At 50 meters away is a small shopping center with a gas station and a bank. 200 meters away is also a nice center with many restaurants, from cheap to more expensive, but still cheap. Within the immediate vicinity is also the famous "La Zenia Boulevard" where numerous large and smaller stores are located. Parking is free everywhere, including in the parking garages and even on the beach. There are also plenty of free parking spaces for the disabled everywhere nearby. Every Saturday, there is the large Playa Flamenca street market, with many hundreds of stalls, close to the vacation apartment. There is something to do every day. Sun, sea, beach, shops, restaurants and numerous fun places and sports options including water sports and golf, you will find it all a short distance from this vacation apartment. The apartment is officially registered with the Spanish government and has a mandatory tourist rental permit with number VT-510200-A and cadastral number 0216601XH001N0014QQ. Guest access Within the complex, which is only accessible through a secure entrance with access key, you will find a number of gardens containing four swimming pools. As a guest, you have the digital access key to enter the fenced complex. If you want to go by car to your own parking space within the premises, you have access to the garage gate via a digital key. Inside the complex there is both a staircase and an elevator to get to the apartment. The roof terrace can be reached via stairs. Other things to note Linen and towels and bath towels are provided. Energy costs and water consumption are NOT included in the rent. For each Kwh consumed, we charge €0.39. There is an energy meter visible. For water consumption we charge €2.00 per day. You will receive a payment request from us afterwards via Airbnb. If you cause damage in or around the apartment during your stay, or if certain things from the decor are missing after checking by the manager, you must reimburse them. You will receive a payment request afterwards through Airbnb. Within the apartment you will find an information book with all the important information.
