Located on the waterfront in front of Playa Amarilla, it offers a privileged setting. Equipped for 6 people, it allows you to go in groups or as a family. Parking, swimming pool, and laundry. The terrace is spectacular, spacious, with a large parasol and a new gas grill (January 2026). The location is very close to restaurants, beaches and viewpoints. Guest access The apartment has a parking lot next to the entrance and elevator. The building has a beautiful swimming pool, very friendly concierges and very cozy spaces. Other things to note The apartment is rented with sheets on all beds but you must bring your own towels. The mattresses are new! Newly changed. The door has an electronic lock and the entrance is on the 10th floor, so you have to go up one floor by the stairs since the elevator only goes to the 9th. The parking lot is a tandem shared with another apartment, so it may be necessary to coordinate departures in concierge.
