The uptown cottage offers all the amenities of home just steps to cottage life. The port of Orillia, Couchiching Beach and all the fun shops and amazing restaurants that downtown Orillia has to offer, all a short walk away. This cozy recently updated century home offers a mature tranquility you won’t soon forget. The space This is a 4 bedroom home. 3 of the bedrooms have sleeping accommodation (King/Queen/twin bunk beds). The 4th bedroom is an office/den which is perfect for guests who wish to bring along a pack and play. Our cozy cottage (1250 sq ft) has lots of things a cottage offers (board games, a secondary tv, an Atari video game system, woods and paths steps away, a quaint bustling Main Street) while still offering up the comforts you’re used to, (Great wifi, all the grocery and big box shopping you need a short drive away, smart tv and fully equipped recently renovated kitchen.) Guest access Access to the entire house. Basement exists, but isn’t finished and guests should have no reason to access- outside entry only. Other things to note Please take note that the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and the top bunk will not be suitable for many adults. Parking is available for 2 cars in the backyard. The driveway is narrow and may be tight for extra large vehicles. Guests with large vehicles or more than two may wish to check out our other listing, the downtown cottage.
